Choice and reservation of the hotel or lodging service:
3, 4 or 5 star hotels. Studio apartments. Furnished apartments for long stays.
In non-hotel lodging services the following are offered:
- Cleaning service.
- Laundry service.
- Housekeeping with food preparation.
Reception at the airport and transfer to the accommodation:
Regardless of your arrival time, you will be greeted by a friendly and bilingual driver who will transfer you to your chosen hotel or lodging and will guide you through the registration and the steps to follow.
In addition, the pick-up time will be established by telephone for the formal presentation with the WeCare staff, we will introduce you to the area and we will take you to the medical center where the nursing team in charge will be introduced.

Accompaniment to the chosen medical center and introduction with the personnel in charge of your attention.
Depending on the time of arrival, and the schedule established for your first appointments, the pick-up time will be coordinated for the transfer to the medical center. Likewise, if it is of your choice, the estimated time for the transfer back to the accommodation will be coordinated with you and with the staff of the medical center.

In addition, our drivers (as well as all the WeCare staff who will be at your disposal) are certified in first aid and move in vehicles in perfect condition and with air conditioning.

As part of the welcome kit, you will find a Simcard for your phone preloaded with internet and minutes. This will allow you the peace of mind of communicating from the first moment with your country and with our WeCare staff inside and outside your accommodation, when you do not have WiFi connection.

Certified translation of medical documents in English and French languages.
In many cases, the translation of medical documents is necessary, such as the results of diagnostic tests or medical history summing. We have certified translators for this task.

Although at WeCare we guarantee open communication with our team without language limitations, in other environments it will be very common to find these situations. Nowadays there are many tools available such as simultaneous translation apps. However, there are times when person-to-person interaction becomes essential. WeCare – Homecare services
In addition to our logistical support services, we have our line of nursing and homecare assistance. The homecare service is based on the same principle that characterizes our proposal: Easy communication with the environment is an essential part of the comfort and well-being of the international patients and their families. In addition, this has an undeniable impact on the patient's physical and emotional health, and on their recovery.
This is why all our staff have bilingual skills in the language of choice (English or French) starting from levels B1 to C1, depending on the needs of the patient, the hours of accompaniment and the budget designated for this service.
The caregiver chosen for each patient is selected as their best complement according to their profile and needs. In addition, after each service the patient (or their family members) will be able to rate the care received, guaranteeing quality of service.
